Refund Policy
1TAKE Studios is a digital product delivered instantly by license key. We offer a conditional refund: render at least 10 videos within 14 days of purchase. If none of them gives you a usable clip, message us on Facebook with your license key and we refund the full amount, no questions.
Refunds are returned through PayMongo to the original payment method within 5 to 10 banking days. Add-ons and the Drop Pass follow the same 14-day rule. Done-With-You orders are refundable in full until rendering starts; after delivery of the 20 videos they are not refundable.
Rendering runs on Google Flow, a Google product. Its availability, credits and output quality are Google's. Our refund covers our video designs, not Google's service.
